I've been a member of most local health clubs in the past 30 years and the Spirit Health Club at Maidenhead Holiday Inn is by far the best - exceptionally friendly staff and atmosphere, free car parking, great sauna and steam room, good Pilates classes especially the Friday evening one, lovely warm pool (time it right and you'll even have it all to yourself - but avoid Happy Hour!) The Spirit Health Club is truly my 'Me Time' Love it!
