My 15 year old Rimowa suitcase was missing a wheel after a flight, and I didn't have the time to report it to the airlines. So I knew I wasn't going to be able to claim any insurance on this and after a couple of searches online, it looked like the costs just for the replacement parts were going to be high. I contact K2 Global and they immediately replied with an accurate quote. I sent over the suitcase, and literally on the day they received the suitcase, it was serviced and sent back to me with next day delivery, which was even included in their original quote! Super friendly, smooth, speedy and transparant. Extremely impressed with all interactions by email and phone and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! Thanks a lot.

Spare wheels were received promptly and I'm now able to wheel my (only used about 5 times!) Travelpro case once more despite the airline's attempts to destroy it.
